Ms. Snodgrass is a Sr. Principal Advisor. She has more than 20 years of experience in large-scale program management, portfolio management and PMO. Ms. Snodgrass has advised and assisted numerous organizations to establish and operationalize PMO and program management capabilities from ground up. She has helped companies developed maturity and implement executive governance and oversight structures. Her specialty is transformational and enterprise change, developing business cases and advising senior leaders to gain program management credibility in the Board Room, build top management buy-in and build a respected PMO capability.
Mr. S. Wien
Mr. Wien is an Associate Principal. He has more than 20 years of experience managing a broad range of process implementation, IT implementation, business transformation and organization change projects. His clients include CNA insurance, HSBC, State of Florida, KPMG and numerous other blue-chip and public agencies. Mr. Wien's specialty is integrating project management with organization change management disciplines to deliver projects on-time and on budget while ensuring stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment and proper change adoption by employees and/or end-users. Formerly, Mr. Wien held management roles with Deloitte, Gartner, Bearing Point and Cap Gemini. He has a Master's degree in Psychology and is an adjunct Professor teaching MBA and graduate classes in Organization Change and Leadership. Mr. Wien is also a published author.
Mr. D. Rhodes
Mr. Rhoades is a senior advisor in Project Management and Program Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in PMO, project management and program management. He is a certified Oracle Primavera Project Management Professional and has deep expertise helping companies establish and implement tools, processes and standards. He has managed more than 15,000 resource loaded activities, developed and delivered 100's of project management training classes and trained 1,000's in 5 countries and 20 US continental states. He has project managed more than 100 project team members to support a winning $11 billion-dollar program for the US Army. Mr. Rhoades clients include Lockheed Martin, Bearing Point, Raytheon and several large Federal Agencies.
