Interim Management & Support

We recognize organizations don't always need consulting assistance. Instead, they could use resource support to fill a temporary operational or programming void.

To help organizations address their temporary resource needs, we offer two distinct types of executive leadership and interim management support:

  • Interim Executives & Managerial Support
Augment your executive team with an additional senior management member with skills and expertise/capacity your organization currently lacks

  • Executive / Non-Executive Chief of Staff
Get resource assistance to take some of the lower value-add activities off your CEO/Executive Director's plate so that you, as the Chief of your organization may focus on the most pertinent activities only you are capable of and hired by your Board of Directors to accomplish.

Interim Executives/Leaders

Dynamic business and market changes sometimes leave owners and executives of small businesses and senior management teams of larger companies with a critical void on their leadership teams. We can not only help you fill this key void quickly but also give you access to valuable experience, fresh ideas, best practices and strengthen your bench strength to accomplish immediate goals.

Our seasoned executives will help you keep the momentum going, turn challenging situations around, build up a new function or advance the maturity of an existing capability, accelerate a start-up, achieve a short-term goal or address some immediate challenges.

Further, by deploying interim help, it will buy you time to verify your exact leadership talent needs, as well as help you contain or defer additional fixed overhead cost.

Executive Chief of Staff (eCoS) Services

Frequently small business owners, SMB executives and large corporation leaders have more that they want to accomplish but just don't have the capacity, bench strength or the time to do so. Business growth or dynamic market changes could also necessitate the need to expand, to transform operationally, and/or drive enterprise change. Nonetheless, it may be prudent to delay or defer adding additional headcount and consequently fixed costs until you have had a chance to conduct due diligence and a methodical organization capacity/talent needs assessment.

Our Executive Chief of Staff (eCoS) services are designed to provide SMBs' senior management and small business owners the flexibility to achieve more without adding fixed overhead cost or stretching their current leadership teams too far.
